Sandy Store 18 respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect
Your WhatsApp number (to deliver your order), your order details, and basic technical data such as your IP address for security and fraud prevention. When you pay by manual transfer, we also store the payment-receipt image you upload (which contains transfer details) to verify your order — kept privately and visible only to our team.
2. How we use it
To confirm payment, deliver your purchase, provide support, and — if you opt in — send offers. We never ask for or store your card number; you pay by transfer from your own bank or wallet.
3. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms (CSRF). No third-party advertising cookies.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store, and never sell your data. The app uses no third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising.
5. Your rights & account deletion
You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time — in the app (Account → Delete my account) or on the website from your account page. Deletion removes your personal data, store-credit balance, and saved items (past orders are kept as records, unlinked from you). Or email us at [email protected].
