SAABA Guarantee: working delivery or your money back. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled as follows — and we usually reply within minutes on WhatsApp.
1. Faulty or undelivered items
If an item is not delivered, or the credentials don't work, contact us within your warranty window (30 days on accounts by default) with your order number and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
2. Already-delivered working items
Because credentials are revealed immediately and cannot be "returned", working delivered items are generally non-refundable once accessed, except as required by law.
3. How to request
Email [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number. Approved refunds go to your original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban.
