How fast is delivery?
Instant. The moment your payment is confirmed, your account or code is delivered automatically to your WhatsApp and shown on your order page — no waiting for a human.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is currently by manual transfer: at checkout we show a local Mastercard (Rafidain Bank) number — you transfer the exact amount, upload a photo of the receipt, and we confirm and deliver within minutes. Coming soon: ZainCash and automatic card payment.
Is my purchase secure?
Yes. The whole site is encrypted (SSL/HTTPS), and we never ask for or see your card number — you transfer directly from your own bank or wallet. The receipt image you upload is stored privately (team-only) to confirm your payment, and your order is protected by a private link only you receive.
What if the product doesn't work?
Contact us within your warranty window (30 days on accounts) with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Where do I find my order again?
Use the Track order page with your WhatsApp number or order link.
Should I change the password after buying?
Yes — always change the password and recovery details immediately after your first login.
